At Kriti Jewels, we value your trust and satisfaction. Every product is carefully checked before dispatch, but in rare cases of damage, we offer a return or replacement under the following conditions:

Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted only for products that arrive damaged or defective.

1. A clear opening/unboxing video is mandatory as proof of damage.

2. Without an unboxing video, we cannot accept any return or refund requests.

3. The product must be unused and in its original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items:

1. We do not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind, size issues, or personal preferences.

2. Customized or personalized jewelry cannot be returned.

Return Process

1. Record a complete unboxing video from the moment the package is opened.

2. Contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery with your order details and unboxing video.

3. After verification, we will provide instructions for return shipping or replacement.

Refunds

If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after receiving.
